Where you might have seen one of Melissa & Doug's most famous products
As we just mentioned above, Melissa & Doug make somewhere in the range of 5,000 different toy products. That's a serious amount of toys! Actually, it's about the same range as other toy companies that are more famous - like LEGO and Mattel. Their toys are popular with both kids and parents alike - as many found out with a YouTube video that was a surprise hit.
In 2014, somebody uploaded a video that they'd sent out in 1989. It was called "Special Friends: You on Kazoo". The video was sent out with kazoos that customers purchased on a VHS.
YouTube user Dead VCR edited the original VHS tape to make it the right clip size to share online. The video caught on and got passed around to tons of users. For a while, it seemed like everybody had seen the video! There was even a trap remix of it.
