The history of Wingstop
Wingstop was first opened in 1994 as a restaurant in Garland, Texas, that specialized in buffalo chicken wings. It was quickly a huge hit with local customers, and three years later they started offering people the chance to own a franchise. They kept growing and growing, and today there are over 900 Wingstop locations, including restaurants in the United States, Mexico, the Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia, and the United Arab Emirates.
They attribute their success to three things: "Our proprietary recipes, oustanding food, and superior customer service." With so many restaurants, we have to say they probably know what they're talking about!
Wingstop has its very own "Wing Shop"
Wingstop's chicken wings are so popular that they've actually started their very own online store. The store is called the Wing Shop, naturally. So what can you guy if you're a real fan of Wingstop?
You can try out their line of t-shirts. One of the most popular items is a crew-neck tee that features a picture of a single chicken drumstick placed vertically in the center of the chest. Or you could get a gray t-shirt with an all over print of chicken drumsticks.
They've also got one that reads "Wings. Fries. Repeat. Wings. Fries. Repeat.", plus one that has one of their cups printed on it. There's even a women's fit tee that reads "Wingstop is life."
And if t-shirts aren't your style, or you're looking for the perfect accessory to finish off your Wingstop outfit, try one of their baseball caps or flat bill hats.
