All about Scheels
Scheels, which can also be called Scheels All Sports, is a store that specializes in selling sporting goods. No matter what sport or athletic activity you like, you'll be able to find the clothing, supplies, and gear you need here! The only catch is that there are only Scheels locations in 12 different states, so if you don't live in one of those you'll have to shop their online collection.
Their official website is also a great place to find good deals on Scheels sporting products. You can start by signing up for their e-mailing mailing list, which will give you access to exclusive offers and promotions that are only for subscribers. You can also shop their sale section to find discounted goods. Don't forget to add scheels All Sports to your favorite stores right here on Tiendeo either! That way, we can always keep you updated when there are sales and good deals happening at Scheels.
The history of Scheels
Scheels was founded in 1902 by a man named Frederick A. Scheel. He was from Germany, and he earned the money to open his first store from a crop of potatoes. With those $300, he opened up his first store! Back then, it was a hardware store. But he added sporting goods, too, starting in 1954, and eventually, those became his main business. Today, there are Scheels locations in 12 different states.
There are some very fun reasons to visit Scheels other than shopping!
Sometimes, it can be tricky to convince people to go shopping with you. But that's probably not the case if you're shopping at Scheels! Well, that actually depends on which Scheels location you're shopping at. One of them has some very special surprises in store - quite literally.
That's because at some of their locations, they have a huge Ferris wheel located right inside the store! Yep, underneath the roof and next to their assortment of sporting goods, you can find a real, big Ferris wheel. Tickets generally go for $1 for a ride, though you may have to wait in line because the Ferris wheel is a big hit with local shoppers!
With locations in 12 states, not everybody gets the chance to visit Scheels. But the ones who do have a very memorable experience! Their fans comment on their Facebook page about how much they love the Ferris wheel.
