Sabrina Maren might not be a household name, but this ambitious woman is the name behind one of the most successful beauty brands. That's why we're going to tell you a little bit about her story!
She was born in Schwetzingen, which is a small town in Germany known for being very pretty. She loved to travel, but found out that while she was on the road she often had a hard time caring for her thick, curly hair. At the same time, she was busy with her career and didn't have a ton of time to spend styling her hair.
So, in 2004, she started working on doing product development and marketing for a big hairstyling tool company based in Europe. In just 4 years, she'd become its CEO for the U.S. division!
In 2009, Maren decided the time had come to use her expertise about the hair styling industry and personal experience to launch her own brand - and that's how NuMe started!
