Jordan's is a home furnishings retailer that's based in the New England area. Although it's not a huge chain - they only have seven locations - it's well known in the region for being a great place to buy furniture and other products for your home. Whether you need a fresh set of bedding, a comfy new mattress to sleep on, or to update the furniture in your house, you'll be able to find somethig nice at your local Jordan's location.
If you want to save money on your next purchase at Jordan's, it's a good idea to sign up for their Inner Circle, which is the name for their customer loyalty program. As they say, "Good things come to those who join our Inner Circle", such as exclusive offers and being the first people to hear about new deals that are in the stores. You can also add Jordan's to your favorite stores right here on Tiendeo.us to get the latest Jordan's coupons.
The history of Jordan's
Jordan's was started out of the back of a truck - literally! Samuel Tatelman started the business in 1918 and sold all the furniture right out of his vehicle until 1926. In 1987, when he opened his Avon, Massachusetts store, the freeway saw the biggest traffic jam ever recorded because people were so eager to shop there! Today, there are seven Jordan's locations in New England.
Jordan's works with an astonishing number of charities
Lots of stores like to participate in charity campaigns to give back to their communities, especially around the holidays. But few stores have a list of charitable collaborations as long as the one Jordan's Furniture has!
As of the time of writing, there are 16 charities shown on their website as ones that they regularly participate with. The featured one is Coats for Kids, which collects gently-worn outwear to donate to less fortunate children and families to help them stay warm in the cold months.
They also work with causes related to adoption (with Adoption Option, the Adoption Summer Mixer, Heart Gallery, MARE and DCF, and Walk/Run For Adoption), girls in need (Belle of the Ball, to help them get prom dresses), needy children (Cradles to Crayons, Double Play Youth Baseball, Head Start Holiday Donations, and Rhode Island Double Play), families (Furniture Bank of RI and New Reach/The Furniture Co-Op), students (Project Bread/Holiday Spoons and Youth Achivement Event), and the homeless (MA Coalition for Homeless).
