The history of Brookstone
Brookstone was founded by a couple named Pierre and Marry de Beaumont in 1965. They originally focused on selling items for people who loved to tinker and DIY that were hard to come across but still useful. It was a catalog company at first, but their unique niche helped them gain enough customers that they opened up physical stores. Today, there are around 300 Brookstone store locations.
Brookstone works to give back
It's important for lots of companies today to establish a firm record of giving back to their communities. Brookstone is one of those companies that regularly works with charitable organizations and nonprofits so that it can help people who are in need.
They work with lots of different organizations that help promote breast cancer awareness, for example. Those organizations include the Susan G.
