Wayfair is an online store that sells "a zillion things home", as their tagline says!
All about Wayfair
Wayfair is an online store that sells everything you might want to buy for your home, including furniture, items to decorate, kitchen products, lighting, and more! They have over 5,000 brands available on their website, so you're sure to be able to find something that fits both your taste and your budget.
If you'd like to save money when you're shopping at Wayfair, you can add them to your favorite stores on Tiendeo.us, or you can also go to their official website, wayfair.com. There, click on the "sale" section to see which goods are on special offer. You may also be lucky and see a Wayfair coupon listed right on the homepage! If you shop frequently, the Wayfair credit card can be a good way to earn rewards while you shop.
The history of Wayfair
Wayfair was started in 2002 by two enterpreneurs, Niraj Shah and Steve Conine. Both of them had run companies before they decided to take the leap and start Wayfair. The store was originally called CSN stores (a mix of both their initials) and their first website sold furniture for storage and displaying media.
The following year, they added products for patios and gardens - as well as lots more employees! They kept expanding bit by bit and slowly evolved into the home goods store they are today. They began international expansion in 2008, and today have warehouse locations in five different countries.
Wayfair has its own TV show dedicated to home goods
Who would have thought that you could have an entire television program dedicated to home goods? That's just what Wayfair does with their show "The Way Home". It's a relatively new addition to their site, and the idea is to help their shoppers get inspired to do amazing things with their home (in part by buying the latest products from Wayfair, of course!).
The show airs on Lifetime on Saturdays at 11/10 Central, and features lifestyle experts sharing their best tips and tricks for doing all things related to domestic bliss. For instance, they've got a holiday gift guide where they walk you through different presents you might like to buy from wayfair.com for everybody on your shopping list.
They also have episodes that are less on the nose about selling you Wayfair products. Instead, they teach you things like how to redecorate your bedroom, how to make over your rec room and organize it, and more. You can see the videos on their official website.
