The history of Boden
Boden was founded by Johnnie Boden in 1991, when he started out selling just eight different items of men's clothing. They added women's clothing the following year, and in 1996 future chief designer Kate Boden spearheaded the movement to introduce children's clothing too. Their baby line was added in 2007, and a teen collection in 2010. In 2011, petite and maternity clothing was added.
